Sensitize The Recruiters

Sensitize the Recruiters are equipped with cultural competence and language sensitivity training to ensure fair and inclusive candidate selection. This includes considering language proficiency benchmarks, understanding the unique challenges faced by non-nave speakers in a foreign land, and also guiding them properly on terms and conditions of employers as well as about the cultural aspects of the foreign land to be able to help them gain the endurance to stay and earn in a new environment. Such sensitization helps recruiters match candidates to roles where their strengths lie.
